1. Work with clan leadership in proposing and adopting the best recruiting policies.
2. Do not sign up a recruit unless you have had enough playing experience with the prospect to know he or she is NOT A BONEHEAD.
3. When in doubt as to whether a recruit is a good prospect, check with other recruiters, clan members, and clan leaders. If one clan member is dead set against the prospect, hear them out as to why.
4. Recruiters should set a quota of one new recruit per month. Anything less, and the recruiting process begins to be unfamiliar. They should also select no more recruits than they can process.
5. Recruiters are responsible for ensuring all new recruits are processed correctly, including all things such as name changes and registration on AAO Tracker.
DO NOT HAND OUT ANY CLAN PASSWORDS UNTIL THE RECRUIT HAS CHANGED NAME TO [AG].
6. Inform clan leadership of any suspected security violations immediately.
7. Assist the recruit in all processing issues.
