Our roles as leaders.
Believe it or not, there is some boring administrative stuff that needs to be done. Cog does all the policy chores after discussion with Delta. Well-organized clans require a lot of work. We do prefer to get the work done quickly and get back in the field as soon as possible. If you have an administrative problem or technical issue, see Cog. If you really need to get your ass chewed out, Delta will see you....lol. No, I’m not kidding.
Assassins Guild has its’ own gameserver to train and practice on. In order to optimize our time during training, we will set up the training schedules and rely on other squad leaders to keep the training second to none.
During matches, we will all use our skills and training. It will be very rare, if ever, for us to ever pull clan leader rank during a match. High AAO Level does not prove anything other than experience, and does not prove leadership skills, but people of lower level skills should listen and learn from them.
